Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop new business opportunities.
  • Follow up and qualify new leads.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Assist in growth and development of the company by implementing inbound and outbound marketing strategies as defined by LuminFire’s leadership
  • Ability to share success stories with potential clients and write them up as business case studies
  • Create innovative opportunities to expand our brand reputation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize, design, and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Represent our company at various conferences, meetings and events
  • Ability to communicate within brand standards in-person and digitally

Additional Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales inquiries via email and phone
  • Meet with prospective new clients and chase new business
  • Assist with production and curation of a quarterly e-newsletter sent via MailChimp
  • Maintain good working relationships with existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references
  • Help clients through the development process from on-boarding to maintenance
  • Follow up with clients to get honest feedback after completion of projects
  • Contribute to the company’s brand reputation through networking and marketing
  • Enthrall clients and coworkers with optimism, knowledge, and can-do vision
  • Actively identify, research, and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets including: services, licensing, hosting, custom development, and product sales
  • Build high level proficiency with our internal CRM fmIgnite and Hubspot including accounts, billing, and communications
  • Assist in new business development, trend analysis, strategic planning, sales processes, organic client growth and other business initiatives
  • Look for ways to continuously improve, protect and elevate ideas to help deliver brilliant solutions
  • Share a distinct point-of-view or challenge an idea while respecting team roles and contributions
  • Adept at prioritizing and multi-tasking across multiple projects and accounts

Ideal Skills/Qualifications

  • 2+ years related sales, business, client services, or communication experience
  • Positive personality everyday and in every situation
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant area of study, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for sales, business development, and client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation communication skills, as well as versed in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Disciplined self-starter able to be highly productive both working alone and in collaboration with a team
  • Ability to research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Confident in ability to contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Familiar with Macs and G-Suite
  • Desire to learn the basic knowledge of various technology tools in order to talk to clients about them alongside a technology expert
  • Trustworthy representative of our company brand and reputation
  • Communicating and negotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Curiosity for new technologies, SAAS services, off-the-shelf software, and emerging trends.
  • Strong understanding of Apple products
