Requirements:

- Some sales support experience is desirable
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Familiar with Macs and G-Suite
- Curiosity for new technologies, SAAS services, off-the-shelf software, and emerging trends.
- Experience managing the calendar of a busy office
- Ability to write and proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy
- Willingness to build high level proficiency with our internal CRM fmIgnite, MailChimp, and Hubspot, and update content on our WordPress website
Ideal Skills/Qualifications
- 2+ years work history with in retail, sales, business, client services, or communication settings
- Strong preference to candidates with a degree in advertising, marketing, communication, business or a related field, but other experience and traits will be considered.
- Position is located in our Minneapolis office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and set the tone for their positive visit at LuminFire
- Answer any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
- Support information entry and research in various tools
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of office, through procedures and housekeeping.
- Manage calendars, meeting set-ups, travel itinerary, scheduling and event coordination
- Assist with personal administration duties for the leadership team
- Provide arrangements for meetings and presentations
- Manage kitchen including dishwasher and cleanup
- Order office snacks and supplies
- Help with mail delivery and FedEx/UPS shipping
