- Custom Genesis Child Theme: Features custom sidebar handling (pages can override the global sidebar), multiple layouts, and a left menu that scrolls with the page
- Custom Plugin: Banner Manager allows marketing to define a pool of approved images and each site administrator to choose which of those images will be shown on their site
- Custom Plugin: People Manager allows each site to have a staff listing with individual profiles, as well as a global staff directory
- Multisite: Each department/group gets their own sub site (not all departments have transitioned yet), while the theme and global navigation is defined in the root site and pulled by sub sites upon display
