This group began in 2012 as the FMPUG-MN group (FileMaker Pro User Group of Minnesota). In 2023 we rebranded as CPUG-MN (Claris Platform User Group of Minnesota) to include all components of the Claris platform: FileMaker Pro, Claris Connect, and Claris Studio.
Now we are expanding our reach again! In response to the hundreds of developers on our list from around the world and the more global nature of user group meetings broadcast via Zoom and shared on YouTube/Vimeo video, we have decided to no longer be geographically bound to Minnesota. Our sponsor, LuminFire is also expanding by opening an office in Orlando, Florida. This means that future meetups may be hosted and broadcast from either Minnesota or Florida.
Under our new name “Claris Exchange,” we will continue to connect developers in a sharing and learning environment, allowing them the freedom to exchange ideas that will lead to building better technology solutions with the Claris platform.
