      Choosing a priority does not guarantee a resolution within the stated turn time.

      Due to the unpredictable nature of technology issues and the overhead involved in troubleshooting plugin issues, we do not offer refunds on premium plugin support (this includes unused time and/or issues not resolved within the first hour).
