At our Claris Platform User Group – Minnesota meeting today we discussed the recent release of FileMaker 2023.
Bill Hagara from Victory Gin Data provided a demo of a custom FileMaker database for generating contracts/agreements from a template with mail-merged text and printing to PDF. This led to a discussion of Markdown that allows you to do simple styling from text…and Mermaid that allows you to generate charts from simple text code.
We also shared some tips regarding ISO Date naming conventions and then answered more questions about FileMaker 2023.
It was great to meet in person for some networking and pizza!
